port-side utility console port APIC access

Our previous APIC is using LDAP auth for the default and now they are decommissioned and offline. I am trying log in via port-side utility console port in order to wipe out the config. But I am unable to log in, is it still expecting LDAP auth? Thanks.

Hi @a12288  could you please throw some extra light on the APIC connectivity.

Are you looking to connect to APIC's console port in from of the chassis using laptop?

or 

connecting rear of APIC using VGA and USB port?

or 

connecting CIMC?

It's APIC-M2, there is a combined VGA/Keyboard/Mouse console at the front. Plug in the Cisco dangle adapter.

Do you get login prompt?

Are you sure your console cable is fine?

Suggestion: Arrange a monitor with VGA port and a keyboard with USB port to connect.

I opened a TAC case and was able to login in username "rescue-user" with the previous configured admin password.
