Please help me in understand -

Monitor Cisco ACI devices in NPM (solarwinds.com)

Is there any REST API Credential of APIC or just any local user credential can work ?

There's a single AAA mechanism for ACI - regardless if you access via REST, GUI or CLI.  Any local/remote user with the appropriate permissions can leverage the API for solarwinds monitoring.
