Hello guys,

I am getting an error when I try to add a new object on the cisco apic sandbox (sandboxapicdc.cisco.com). I wanted to create an Interface Profile and this error came up as soon as I tried to submit the changes. The same issue was experienced yesterday as I tried to create an EPG using Ansible.

Error message: 

"Error: 400 - the messaging layer was unable to deliver the stimulus (connection error, Connection refused)

Does anyone else know about this issue / Cisco looking into this?

Hi all, this issue I believe is more on Cisco's side or due upgrades effects on the APIC. I am now able to push changes to the apic sandbox using Ansible. Thanks
