Hi Team ,
We have an issue with visibility & troubleshooting , When we try to generate the report we are getting Gateway timeout error .
Has anyone encountered this issue earlier ? Any solution ?

Which type of account are you logged in with while trying to generate the report? The default local "Admin" account, a separate local admin-level account, or remote user?

Hi @Network_Sarovani ,
I'm kind of perplexed at your screenshot - not sure HOW you managed to get the Generate Report button to be NOT greyed out - because you don't seem to have any endpoints selected!
So my first suggestion - select some endpoints before clicking Generate Report

Sorry I have endpoint IP selected but just in my screenshot I have removed it ...
