Cisco Network Assurance NAE, cannot log in to ACI APIC

Setting up a new Cisco NAE, after setting up my assurance group and trying to take an online analysis, I could not get the CNAE to login to the APIC.

The CNAE can ping the APIC, OOB, but cannot log in to the APIC. Local use created on APIC, but that does not seem to help.

 

Any suggestion?

It is a fairly simple process.  If I had to guess, it is either a username/password issue, or the account is not admin, or there is some security policy or device in the middle blocking SSH and HTTPS.  For failed logins, you can check the APIC events and audit logs to see if there are failed login attempts.
