Accessing logs on CDN via export

I'm trying to pull down the CDN logs from my content manager, via http:\\my-cdm\export

I notice that the logs are veing created everyday, but there's nothing in them, and I now there should be as I have accessed the content via CE many times. Is there any trick to making sure everything gets logged? Is this set up automatically?

I have a simple setup with 2 ce-507's and a CM managing them both.

any help?

OK, now answers here, surprise, surprise, I heard Cisco is laying off almost everybody in their CDN group, so that's probably the reason.

I have some more detail to the problem I'm having. I am actually getting logs generated but only for my .mpg content (which isn't really used), the content I'm looking to have logged is .wmv files (streaming windows media), that is being served from the Windows media server on the Ce-507. I've personally played this stream myself over and over in the hopes of seeing it in the log, but it doesn't.

Any ANY suggestions on what's going on? how can I enable this to log properly
