ACE 4700 boot problem

I Had a problema with ACE 4700 apliance and dont know hor to restore.

Can any one help please?

Pradeepser, for some how, the appliace just stop boot, it stop where you can see at the pic, Uncompressing Linux

Could you upload a screenshot about the errors or messages you are getting?

Do they relate to a boot system image error or something?

Based on the erros, messages we may determine if you even require to replace the box or what other steps should be taken.

At the moment is hard to suggest you something since there are no enough details about what you are experiencing.

How do you connect to the ACE? Via console? with a keyboard and screen attached to the ACE4710?

I would ask you to check with console only and test it.

It might be possible that you have a hardware issue.

Please let us know how it goes.

I conneted via VGA with a monitor and keyboard attached.

The console port dont show nothing.

Any clue?

Sometimes when you connect to a monitor and keyboard may prevent the ACE boots up.

Can you try to reboot it and console it again?

If you can log all the booting process that will be great.

Jorge,

i can have access to the console now, the problem was with the rollover cable i was using.

I was using rong cables to connect to console, i used the db9 adapter with console cable, that wast working.

It worke with the 2 db9 adapter on the pc and ace connected with rollover cable
