We have two ACE 4710 working in the high availability scheme.
The main unit broke down and the standby unit took to active state as expected.
How can I replace the main unit without stop the services?
I couldn't find any documents with this procedure at CISCO.com.
regards

Hi Marcelo,
You need to have the same code and same license on both ACEs
In the new ACE you have to configure the physical interfaces and the FT cofiguration. Enable preempt in case it is disable on the production ACE.
The only thing you need to take care is with the FT priorities, the new box must have lower priority than the one in production.
This way the configuration will get sync from the Active to this new ACE
If you have SSL certificates, you have to import those to the new ACE manually
