ACE module contents of disk: erased

well - infact the whole lot - all config wiped, all that is left in the disks is the  software and a few other files. I read from core: a file called

ixp1_crash.txt which was time exactly one hour and 2 mins before info in ha_mgr logs showed the device failing over.

any ideas ???

Hi,

I will recommend to open a TAC case in order to analyze the core file, and it seems to be a HW issue, but it would be better to check with TAC in order to have a solid answer.
