When I try to access the ACE GUI via https://ipaddress (i.e. BVI) and enter the username/password, I see a generic ACE resources page as attached.
How can I access the ACE management console ? Please assist.

you apparently have an ace module - not an appliance.
Only the appliance comes with a GUI onboard.
For the module, you need to get a separate ANM device.
