Both Citrix (Netscaler) and F5 (BigIP LTM) have LB simulators that run in Vmware workstation. Would be helpful if Cisco could develop the same.

I would say you may talk to your Cisco SE to discuss about this idea and talk about ACE LB simulator in the future

Yes have. ACE new version is downloadable, on cisco Download portal com CCO ID, using with VMWARE with licence generate at Licencing portal with CCO too.

It is still not there and with ACE EOL, it doesn't look like there will be any.
