ACE XML configuration

We have written a custom web app to allow server owners to take their own rservers in and out of service for maintenance. On all of our ACE's this appears to work (querying the ACE with a "sho rservers" to get the rservers and their current status). When we run this one ACE, we get the following XML response.

System memory is too low, xml_agnt is not available.

This is running Version A2(2.4) [build 3.0(0)A2(2.4)]

It has been up for 317 days

If anybody has experienced this same issue, please respond.

At first sight, I would say you are hitting CSCtj41469. This bug tracks a memory leak in A2(2.4) that can start causing issues after long uptimes (the bug mentions 150 days, but on most customers, we have seen it after 250-300)

Moving forward, a reboot should clear up the issue for a few months, giving you enough time to plan and execute a software upgrade. The bug was fixed in A2.3.3, so, I would recommend you to move to version A2.3.4 which is currently the latest maintenance release available.
