Hi Expert,
My ACE module rebooted itself and after the reboot it lost all the config and it has been booted with factory default setting.
Software
system: Version A2(3.3) [build 3.0(0)A2(3.3)]
system image file: [LCP] disk0:c6ace-t1k9-mz.A2_3_3.bin
And When I execute tac-pac command, the following output is printed out:
ACE-Admin#`show accounting log all`
*** Context 0: cmd exec error ***
I would like to know the reason for the same. Is this due to firmware bug? or with the Hardware?
I am bit dissatisfied that all of my config vanished without any reason after the reboot of ACE.
Please can someone help?
Thanks
Fari

Hi Fari,
The "*** Context 0: cmd exec error ***" most of the time points towards a hardware failure, so, I would strongly recommend you to open a TAC service request to have this investigated in more detail.

Hi Daniel,
I have already replaced the ACE module and this is the new module which went down today.
So should I again raise the New RMA? Is this any reason of the module restart itself and loose all of its config?

Hi Fari,
I didn't tell you to raise a new RMA, I told you to open a TAC case to have it investigated further. We will then see if an RMA is needed or not.
