aci sim not accessible

Hi

I have installed ACI sim 3.1.2m installed on vCenter with all the required resources. ACI config set all the default except mgmt ip. But i could not  able to access the aci sim. Ping gives error "operation not permitted ". Does any one experience  such problem. 

I have tried having another vm on the same subnet in order to exclude l3 routing problem but still the vm cant ping the aci sim on the same subnet.

Due to the Sim running a virtual fabric with a mininet virtual environment, the configuration is not-persistent.  What most people do is just export/import the configuration as required via export policy, or you can leverage PostMan to resend your config/policies back to the Sim fabric

Actually the problem i have is I cannot access APIC_IP from the browser.
