Advice for dual line with inline card.

Hi all,

One of our site have an MPLS as primary line and an 574 toghether with inline card.

Now the site needs an backup line, setup with VRRP as shared ip number.

The backup device is not an Cisco, and we can’t use WCCP, or HSRP.

Should we use the second inline group or not for this second line?

Hi Jan,

    You can simply use second inlineGroup for the second WAN Link. This is a normal practice for WAAS deployment and traffic recieved on Inline Interfaces will be optamized, you do not need WCCP or HSRP for this deployment. Thanks.
