Can I use ACE to redirection http to Proxy Server?

Can I use ACE to redirection http to Proxy Server? If It is possible to implement, please give me some basic configuration. Since I couldn't make it work.

do you want to redirect the traffic using an http redirect message or actually intercept the traffic and forward it to a proxy ?

What is your current config and what is not working ?
