# clear ssl file JULIE "julie"
%%file JULIE does not exist
it is not password problem. I have tried to use a wrong password and it give me back indecated there is a wrong password.
Can any one advice me how can I remove them.

Your ssl database is corrupted.
Only solution is the command 'ssl clearfiles' which will reset your ssl database entirely.

I believe this is a know bug related to the fact that we do not allow the same file name with just upper/lower case differences.
Could you try the delete command.
ap_file delete c:/CertStore/ssl/?
[from llama mode].
What version are you running ?

version 7.5. do I need upgrade?
by the way, I did:
# dir c:/CertStore/ssl/?
and I can not see the files
do I still need run ap_file delete c:/CerStore/ssl/?
what does the question mark mean? It will not delete all the files in that directory, is it?
