Can't see the cache from my WCCP router

I have a 7609 with interface FastEthernet8/47, IP address 210.14.31.74/29. This interface links a NetCache web cache engine w/ IP address 210.14.31.73/29. I can PING both ways. Whether I use WCCP version 1 or 2 in my 7609, I don't see the NetCache's any Cache Engine. Help please.

In order to determine the problem, it is necessary to know what the output from the "debug ip wccp" packets on the router to determine if WCCP is being passed ok between the Cache and the router. The cache device must have the router listed as its WCCP router in the caching configuration.
