Can't type anything console mode ASR

when I'm at the cisco asr console, why can't I type anything after "Press RETURN to get started!" I use a Cisco USB to USB console with a putty baud rate of 9600, can anyone help solve this problem?

Try flow control NONE and test it

if not download the USB cable if you using cisco cable :
