CE505 boot problem. Help needed, ASAP

One day old (still rocks! :)) working CE-505 stop booting with:

And start timer again :( I tryed booting from network because flash boot fails similar above. I see IOS booting message and then boot counter again :(

Can any one help me with this issue?

Paul,

This indicates that the flash is corrupted. You will need to RMA/replace the device.

THANK YOU! but... how this can be? i opened this black box and this is PC! mabe if i clean BIOS by removing battery helps? i realy don't have any idea :(

The flash contains specific information about the hardware that is used by our software to determine which versions are supported, what drivers to use, etc. In our newer hardware, we support re-writing the flash by booting from a special rescue CD. Since the CE505 does not have a CD-ROM drive, flash corruption is resolved by replacing the device.

i have two working ce-505 and can i read his flash data and write it on corrupted flash? or can you recommend cisco's partner in rusia who can repair this device?

You would not be able to restore the flash from another working CE.

You can search for Cisco partners using the Partner Locator tool on CCO:

It's me again with another CE 505. I van't understand what happens, but one day flash boot fail and i try to boot from network:
