CE510 Downs all Internet traffic

I have two cache engines, One at Branch Campus works fine (ce2636-sw in 3725 router). The Main Campus CE 510 (ACS 5.1.5) works for an hour or so and then my network crashes both LAN and Internet traffic. I have WCCP v2 on 6509 with a L3 interface to CE 510 on seperate subnet. All I want at this time is transparent caching at L2.

Can someone provide me with a setup guide for simple L2 caching ? If I turn off L2 redirects, Internet traffic slows down dramatically.

There are many more link providing informations about WCCP and L2 redirection on CCO but I guess this one should do the job...

One thing confuses me, is every internet traffic slowing down when using "normal" WCCP or only the WCCP-related traffic?
