Please issue "disk delete-data-partition" And then reload. Let me know if this help. Be aware that this will delete older cache data and VB if configured.

Have you looked at the Syslog.Txt file for clues? Post the last 30 or so lines. They might porvide your next step!

Hi Andre,
Couple of things to verify:
1. Please make sure primary interface is configured and is up and running.
2. sh disk details is normal. Make sure disks are not under abnormal condition.
Plus posting few latest lines from syslog.txt with "cifs" filter applied will help us here.
Regards.

Hi Andre,
I can't figure out from this one. May be someone else can chime in if they have some idea on what's going on. We got to look at other log files like cifs_err.log, too from the WAE which I believe you can not post here. So, I would suggest opening a TAC case.
Regards.
