Dear All,
I setup Remote access VPN in Cisco ASA firewall.While access the VPN through cisco any connect software from client machine.am getting this error :"Connection issue failed Due to network or PC issue".Am able to telnet that IP via port 443.kindly find the screen shot and help me to resolve this issue.

Is this happening only from this PC? Can you try to disable the antivirus and windows firewall.
Also a re-installation of the client sometimes solve this issue.

Hi Randy,
Thanks for your reply. firewall disabled and reinstalled the software. Even though am facing same issue.not only single PC.checked with multiple pc and laptop.but facing same issue.

Did you try to disable the antivirus as well?
Can you try to delete the XML profile on the PC, it might be corrupted and make sure the profile on the ASA have valid values.
%ProgramData%\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\Profile

After changing the profile value in ASA.Now am able to connect vpn.Thanks for your support.
