Hi,
I have a Cisco catalyst 5509 with WS-X5530 sup engine,SUP engine LED is normal (Green glowing continuously) and working fine.
But when I try connecting a console,nothing is displayed onto my screen.I have reseted the switch also but still no display.
Otherwise switch is working fine without any problem,we want to access the switch through console to change the password.We forgot the existing password.
When we try telneting to the switch IP it ask us to enter the password,when we enter the any letter as the password,it close the connection to host,instead of giving us the another try.
Please can anyone give me the remody?
