cisco waas high temperature alarm

Hi, need some helps, got high temperature alarm, what should i do?

Is there a command on waas that i can check how high is the temperature?

Hi Joe,

I'm afraid there is nothing you can do to check the temperature remotely.

What I would recommend you is checking the environment in which this WAE is installed to ensure it's properly ventilated and refrigerated.

If everything looks fine on that side, then, you may have be facing a hardware issue either on process or on the fans. It would be better if you could open a TAC case to have it investigated further.
