Scenario, Data Center with several Remote Locations connected by private WAN.
Current Software Version: 5.5.5a > Upgrade to 6.1.1.26
Data Center holds CM (VM) & OE694 (Appliances), upgrading CM no problem all good - upgrading OE694 Bios&Software no problem all good.
Remote Locations OE594 (Appliances), upgrading Bios&Software no problem all good - BUT.
CM shows remote OE594 in management status "offline" in a "reboot" state - never changes.
SSH to OE594 check Version all good, check config all good.
Ping to CM good, connectivity verified, no Firewalls or port blocking in the WAN or access Layers.
OE594 "cms deregister force", clean CM - device removed
Trying to re register device -
Failed to contact CM x.x.x.x (Unmarshaled: 9001). Please check with CM device connectivity and management status of service on CM.
register: Registration failed (512).
cms: unable to register node
Downgrade OE594 to 5.5.5a register Device all good shows up immediately in CM.
Question is the cm registration process different from 5.5.5.a to 6.1.1.26 - how can we get around this issue.
