I'm afraid this is not the right section for CNR questions. You should move your question to the "Network management" community. The engineers following those threads should be able to help you.
I see also that you were asking very general questions, so, you should be able to find answers for most of them (at least the confguration part) in the CNR documentation. This is available at the link below:
