I have a Cisco Content Engine running ACNS 5.5.7 with WebSense Enterprise 5.5.2 onbox. I need to edit a config.xml file due to some issues. How do I go about editing that file and copying it back to a specific directory on the CE?

What file and what directory are you trying to get to? If it's a file in /local1/ you can just ftp the files on and off the box by enabling inet ftp. If it's deeper in the system where you don't have access, you need to contact the cisco TAC for assistance.
