Hi,

Could someone help me with commands to configure load balance ( content & service commands) FTP traffic to our Bluecoat proxy boxes. I have already configured the Bluecoat to intercept FTP traffic. Now I just want to divert the traffic from CSS.

There are 2 types of FTP, active and passive.  There is a good document that explains the 2 different modes of FTP here:

Basically, all you need is a content rule that matches port 21 that has "application ftp-control" under that rule - and the services that are under the rule need to be in a group so source nat is done.
