Convert CE to Accelerator

I have ce674-5.5.15.2  OS on a WAE-674 shipped  by Cisco via an RMA.

When I attempt to load the waas-accelerator-5.1.1f.1-k9.bin image, I get this error:

Note: software download staging area is incomplete; not backing it up.

The incomplete staging area is probably due to an aborted install

from some time earlier.  Please continue installing your new image,

but note that the restore rollback command will not be able to restore

the image prior to the one you are now installing (i.e. it cannot restore

the current running image).

Image does not support box model 'CE674'                                                          <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<

Possibly this device is not allowed to run the destination software.

Hi ,

To do this you need to use the CD recovery procedure in formating the flash,disk and installing the WAAS IOS image.

If you have WAAS recovery CD then run below step or download the os file from cisco website and create the recovery CD. 

after the prompts press the option 

2,3,5,7,8, remove the CD from the CD Drive and press 9
