Good morning,
To troubleshoot this further, you will need to get simultaneous traffic captures on both sides of the CSS and capture the test connection.
Looking at the traffic, we should be able to see why compression is not taking place.

Hi,
At first sight, I don't see anything wrong with it, so I would recommend you to open a TAC service request to have this investigated in more detail.
Regards
Daniel

I have no SMARTnet subscription for TAC support service. CSS is bought 3 years ago.
If I would have an access to TAC that I would not communicate in a forum.
