?is normal "arpMasterSent: TRUE" in State: Backup?

?does it mean a vrrp problem?

This CSS is backup but arpSentMaster is true.Probably, this is the reason why Master CSS detects duplicate ip. I'm not sure why backup CSS becomes this status.
