hi, i have testing a CSS11801 but suddenly (i don't know when) tell me:
CSS11800# show startup-config
%% The File System is not mounted.
And the other directories like scripts, logs , Core etc.. are the same thing, they are hide (when rebooting the CSS, the problem persist, but the CSS funcionality not loose, i.e. command, load correct images etc.)
if i ftp to the CSS, i can view directories and archives, but from the CSS (logging in) no
Any comentaries , or suggestions is welcomed
Thanks...
Enrique

could you capture a 'sho disk'.
If this is a disk issue, you will have to RMA the SCM.

the "show disk" tell me te same : "The file system is not mounted"
I have some other information:
In the Offline DM Menu (Diagnostic Monitor Menu) i do a check disk complete (not fast check disk) with no problems (result of check disk OK)
show system-resources OK too.
If i access the CSS with FTP (#no restrict ftp) i can see (from the ftp client connected to a CSS) the file system , directories, log dir, script dir etc. with the corresponding archives) I compared the file system structure with other CSS and is the same, with exactly permises in archives and directories)
Do you know some command like unix command to mount file system , mount , or fdisk similar command?
Thank for your time

No there is no such command to mount a disk.
I think you should format the disk from offdm and reinstall a new image.
If this does not work, RMA the disk.

Finally , i do a format disk and reinstall the image, and the problem disapear!. probably de problem was a file system corruption and this is why de check disk was OK (becuase de problem was in file system and not fisically en the disk)
That's all..
