CSS service keepalive error

Hi

I am getting keepalive error from service gedik1

do you have any idea ? Servers are working fine.

Hi,

Unfortunately, this is a very generic error message, indicating that something went wrong with the probe but the issue is not covered by any of the more specific error messages.

I would recommend you to get a traffic capture of the keepalives to both servers and see if there are any differences between them. If you are not able to find anything strange in the capture yourself, you can open a TAC service request to have it investigated further.
