CSS11501 troubleshooting

i've inherited a cluster of CSS11501s and i'm never really used them before

can someone point me in the direction of a good troubleshooting guide please?

i'm running

CSS11501# sh vers

Version:               sg0820101 (08.20.1.01)

Flash (Locked):        08.10.1.06

Flash (Operational):   08.20.1.01

Type:                  PRIMARY

Licensed Cmd Set(s):   Standard Feature Set CSS11501# sh vers

Good afternoon,

I am not aware of any troubleshooting guide giving general troubleshooting suggestions for CSS. However, in the cisco.com support page for it, there are a lot of tech-notes explaining how to use and troubleshoot specific features. I guess that would be a good point to start
