could you send a 'sho redundancy'.
Some of the possible reasons :
- critical service went down
- faulty cable on the redundancy link
- CSS redundancy link going through a switch [not supported config] and the switch had a problem
- human manipulation error
show redundancy and log file should give you the reason.

Gilles

what about the other side ?
Did you capture the same info ?
What does it show ?
If nothing there, check the log file.

Gilles.
