I have a customer that wants to disable caching to 1 specific ip address and cache all other ip's.
Is this possible? How?

Is the ip on the inside of the network? If so, you can bypass the cache. If the ip is on the outside(that will be cached) you can do a rule block.
Thanks,

You can also block the IP using a redirect list on the router. This will prevent that IP address from getting redirected to the CE:
http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/117/cache_engine/ce_acl.html
or you can use the 'bypass static (ip address) any-server'
http://www.cisco.com/univercd/cc/td/doc/product/webscale/webcache/ce25/cmdrf25/chap2.htm#xtocid62147
Hope that helps.
