Disk not an option

I just recently purchased two (2) CSS11501 for load balencing. I just took them out of the box and started to configure them, but I can't get past the offdm screen even after a reboot. Also, when I try to set my primary boot config, I only get options for (N)etwork, (F)tp, or (C)lear. Where is my (D)isk option?

If disk is not an option, then there is no image on the disk.

1) FTP would be a good choice, as it will upgrade the CSS in the process and could set it to boot to disk as part of the process

2) If that fails, you may have a bad disk. If the FTP fails, open a TAC case for further assistance.

To FTP boot, you will need an image (ending with "adi.gz" or "adi") on an FTP server. Just set it to FTP boot and the CSS will prompt you for the FTP information.
