Downloadinglogs from a CE-507

I'm trying to download logs from a cache engine. Works fine to a win2k box, but very flakey to a solaris box. if i reboot the 507, that seemss to fixxx it. yet, i can look with tthe cli at the config and the settings SEEM to be what i want.

any thoughts?

Can you provide some additional details around the "flakey" problem you are having?

hi, zach.

i use the gui to set the transaction files download to YES.

i set the download time to, say, 05:00. the files don't download.

i can go into the 507 directly and see that the files exist for the proper time.

i have them downloading to a solaris box as well as a windows box - i'm slightly paranoid.

if i REBOOT the solaris box, but if i don't do that, changes such as time of day for the download, don't seem to take effect.

oddly, of course, when iam in today the download had worked just as it should!

computers -can't lie with 'em, cna't kill 'em.

so, for the moment it's working.

any thoughts.
