GSLB reply with multiple IP address from DNS

hi,

I believe GSLB is suppose to check availability( & other parameters) of servers and then replies to client with the available( or the best) server address for Act/Sby application failover.

But in my test config GSLB replies with both the ip address of A/S servers.

Plz correct me if im wrong,& help me to solve this problem.

Hi,

You might have configured the the dns record with option multiple.

example

dns-record a mydomain.com.au 1.1.1.1 10 multiple kal-icmp 1.1.1.1

change muliple with the single so that CSS will return single A record .
