How can I undelete a file in CSS

I accidently execute the following command:

CSS11506# clear script commit_redundancy

When I tried to sync the configuration file from master CSS to the standby CSS, I got the following message.

"Cannot open file:/ComposerRoot/script/commit_redundancy"

Is there any way to recovery that file?

Hi Ning,

Well, once we removed a file, it is gone, but there are a couple of  things you can try.

1- Re-installing the code.

2- If you have another CSS, you can copy the script by doing ¨show script commit_redundancy¨, copy the output in a notepad, then erase the ¨txt¨ extension. Then you can copy the file into the CSS script folder, here you can FTP into the CSS, and doing a PUT into the script directory, remember that you need to do ¨bin¨ before doing the PUT.

If you decide to go with option 2 and you are having problems, I will recommend to open a service request, since this is a procedure that TAC know and can help further.

Hope this help.

Rod.
