How can we setup a suitable load balancing method for a WAE farm??

HI,

We had deployed a wae farm using 4  wae-7341, we are using a wccp v2 as interception method from a 7609 router, we see  often one  wae support more traffic than others, we try to balance them using the parameter  weight into the WAEs, like this:  wccp web-cache router-list 1 l2-redirect l2-return mask-assign assign-method-estrict  weight X, but we can not balance the traffic satisfactorily.

For WCCP a hardware-based platform such as the 7609, adjusting the mask used in the assignment method is what needs to be changed.  There is more information about load balancing here:

What version of WAAS are you running?  We made a change to the default mask recently that should result in better default load distribution in a cluster.

Thanks  for your help, we are running ACNS 5.5.15,   we will try to adjust the mask.
