how to configure a "not match url" in a map in CSM 4.2.6

Is there a way to configure a map with "not match protocol http url /abc/*"? read the docs, seems the special character '^' can do it but not very sure how to use it. Can some one tell me how?

What should happen to traffic matching this url ??

Try to match this traffic first, and do a match all-the-rest for the rest of the traffic.

Gilles, Thx for your reply. It will spend a lot of words to explain why I asked the question. I am a cisco employee. If it's ok to call you directly, I can explain the reason behind on phone. Could you just simply tell me if the CSM 4.2.6 has this "not match" option?
