how to downgrade Cisco WAE and waas module software 5.2 to 4.3.3

we are using Cisco Wide Area Application Services module in router, Waas software version is 5.2.1

we want to downgrade to 4.3.3

plz help us to how to downgrade 5.2.1 to 4.3.3

Hi,

WAAS version 4.3.x is NOT supported on SM-SRE-710-K9 !

You'll need version 4.4.x or later.

Version 4.3.x is supported on SM-SRE-700-K9 (the previous model).

Don't know whether you managed to do this, but otherwise :

My suggestion would be latest release in 4.4.x - which is 4.4.7a.

And another strong suggestion is to upgrade your central manager to that version as well (CM should always be the highest version among your WAAS farms).

Please read the release notes (both for 4.4.7 and 5.2) on upgrading and downgrading,

Otherwise it would be (from the WAAS SRE-710 module with network connectivity) :

copy ftp install <ipaddress of ftp server> <url path and imagename>

We are unable to ping WAE -7341 -k9  ip address!

i was check the cable and Reset also ! we are unable ping 1

We are getting system locator led indication on devices

We have configuring  the WAE - SM-SRE-710-K9 Module on CISCO2921/K9 - Version 15.4(3)M1 .

Problem is we are unable to ping our SM-SRE 710 module ip 10.22.12.5 .

Please check below config.

EX : interface SM1/0

 description ***SM-SRE 710 ***

  ip address 10.22.12.1 255.255.255.0

  ip flow ingress

  service-module ip address 10.22.12.5 255.255.255.0

 service-module ip default-gateway 10.22.12.1

After configuration done Sh run con
