HSE 1.7.2 - Alerts -> Mail sending does not work dependable

Hi,

I configured some thresholds on my HSE and sending e-mail for an alert (Administration -> Alert -> e-mail)

The thresholds alert appear on "View -> Faults", but an e-mail is not send every time.

Sometimes the mails are send, sometimes not. That´s strange.

Are there any known problems with sending alert e-mails ?

No , havent seen it. Perhaps an upgrade to 1.7.3 will make some difference. This could also be due to the mail server issues or mailroute not setup properly in HSE. Please open a tac case, as this might need some troubleshooting.
