The counters above appear to be real-time snap shots.   In my group of 7 WAEs, how do I know which bucket(s) are assigned to which WAE?

On the router/switch run 'show ip wccp 61- detail' will list all the WCCP clients and the buckets they own. On each WAE (WCCP client) you can run 'show ip wccp flow tcp-promiscuous detail' (adding 'detail' will give you a little more information for each WCCP bucket owned by that WAE. All devices in the WCCP cluster must agree on who owns what bucket. The WAE with the lowest IP address will take the lead in the farm and decides which WAE owns which bucket.
