Please, i need a system for an ISP for monitoring users activities and services on the internet.we need to monitor the chatting (icq,msn,paltalk,....), and a copy of thier emails.also to add this to a database system that include copies of the emails and chatting and newsgroups.notice that that could be random or dialup users.
