IPTV, ACNS 5.1 and Program Manager

I am installing an IPTV solution which will be integrated with ACNS v5.1. I have a CE-565 that I have change its device mode to Program Manager. Under versions 3.5 and earlier, Content managers ran on a Windows platform and therefore I was able to access the Apache directory. Under 5.1 running on a 565, how can I access the Apache directory? Is it possible?

There is no support for this kind of user access in ACNS 5.1.
