isr-4321/k9 problem service waas enable - installation failure decision to exit

Hi to All,
I have an error when complete the wizard . installation failure decision to exit
why? anyone have an idea?
if I try to type the command
interface VirtualPortGroup31 this command is not present in my router. I think who is this the error but how does to resolve it?

Hi Roberto, What version of the ova file are you trying to install ? please post the output from : dir harddisk: dir If the wizard fails, it will normally try to clean up ... or if it haven't done anything yet, there is nothing to clean up. Have you installed/purchased the router with APPx ? Best Regards Finn
