Line protocol on Interface Tunnel0, changed state to up

We have four Data center Router s on which we see BGP peers are going up/down. And for almost all the remote routers, we see the Tunnel0 bouncing logs. Surprisingly these logs only say that the Tunnel0 is changed to up, but not down. At the same time in the Data center Router we see the peers of the remote routers bouncing.

These are the logs we see on all the remote verizon routers.

On these remote routers we do not see any config for Tunnel0. And there are no logs found on these peer devices about BGP flapping. And this keeps happening daily from about 2 months. We see the Tunnel0 bouncing logs on all the remote Verizon routers and a very strange thing is that there is no impact, except that we are suspecting that the users have slow response time.

The service provider came up saying that they look good from their end. I am new to networking, so please let me know if you need more details.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.
